NEWS Samsung Klarifikasi S3 yang terbakar

Peristiwa meledaknya smartphone Samsung Galaxy S III yang belum lama ini terjadi memang sempat membuat heboh. Di mana seorang pemilik Galaxy S III di Irlandia telah memosting apa yang telah menimpanya disertai dengan gambar casing ponsel yang sudah hangus terbakar.
Pasca kejadian, Samsung pun bergegas untuk memulai proses penyidikan dalam rangka mencari apa faktor penyebab terjadinya hal tersebut.
Menurut pihak Fire Investigations UK (FIUK), yang telah dikontrak Samsung untuk menginvestigasi permasalahan itu, disimpulkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya ledakan pada Galaxy S III adalah karena sumber eksternal. Berdasarkan pada pola kerusakannya, smartphone itu sangat mungkin ditempatkan dalam oven microwave.
Menyusul adanya pernyataan tersebut, pemilik Galaxy S III yang mengalami overheating, telah mendapati sebuah titik terang, bahkan pemiliki itu pun akhirnya mencabut tuduhannya terhadap Samsung. Menurutnya ponsel yang dimilikinya terkena air dan ”orang lain” telah berusaha untuk memperbaikinya.
